- 4x4 vehicle required
- No glass containers are allowed in the terrace/pool area
- Use of premises is permitted only for the number of guests indicated in the reservation.
- Additional damage deposit may be required for special events such as Envision Fest, Craft Beer Festival, New Year's, etc.
- For security purposes, there is a camera on property near the driveway.
- Pool cleanings are scheduled for Friday mornings.
- Pets must be accompanied by you at all times and cannot be left alone

- If cancelled between 31 and 45 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
- In any other case, there’s no refund
